STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS USING TABATA
A class targeting all major muscle groups using various weights. It starts out with a TABATA warm-up and incorporates Balance, Barre movement and Stretching to help you tone all major muscles. Before joining any exercise class, consult your health care professional.

AQUA DANCE CLASS
It's the ultimate "Pool Party". An invigorating workout including stretching, gentle twisting, dancing & lots & lots of laughing! Aqua exercises blend together a safe, challenging, in the water (so it's easy on the joints) workout that's cardio conditioning, body toning & exhilarating! Ask anyone who has participated...it's the most fun you can have while exercising!! And remember, you're in the water up to your chest, so no one can see you!!

THE 19TH HOLE - MEN'S GOLF & TENNIS STRETCH & BALANCE CLASS
Training for more power doesn't necessarily involve heavy weights or ballistic workouts. Full range of motion as a result of stretching, flexibility & mobility; along with weight training, will help you reach your full potential in your game. You need to strengthen your power muscles and improve your range of motion for a stronger swing and more distance off the tee. And of course, your balance is integral to any game!

Tennis players need flexibility along with balance to be able to change direction in a second to get those quick hits. Flexibility and balance keep injuries down and stretching keeps those elbows, shoulders, and knee injuries at bay.

STRONG, STRETCHED, AND CENTERED
This class focuses on core strengthening, stretching, relaxation, and recovery. It emphasizes breathing, stretching, imagery and progressive relaxation. The stretching and relaxing techniques may utilize accessories and props to improve flexibility. The class will involve standing to floor transitions. Deep relaxation affects people at the gene level. It's been proven to increase telomere length. Telomere length and telomere shortening are indicators of cellular aging. Longer telomeres are associated with fewer illnesses and longer life.

BOSU BALL CLASS
The BOSU Ball stands for "Both Sides Up or Utilized" and allows you to train for multiple components of fitness, including balance, stability, strengthening the core and more. These skills are important for accomplishing everyday activities.
