Tom Tripoli, General Manager
Tom is a seasoned Executive with well over 40 years' experience in the Hospitality/Lifestyle Industry. For the last decade, Tom was the majority owner and operator of Cypress Run Golf Club, a private Golf Club serving North Pinellas, South Pasco and Northeast Hillsborough Counties. Prior to launching the Trinity Golf Group, Tom spent nearly 30 years with ClubCorp in capacities such as Club Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President. Tom also gained experience with companies such as The Four Seasons, TGI Fridays, and Regan Management. Mr. Tripoli brings to West Bay a very strong business acumen in all phases of the industry, including financial performance, marketing, membership development, quality standards of operations, strategic planning, new business development, securing and growing of talent, and Board, Committee, and POA/HOA relations.
Tom has been married for over 34 years to his wife Donna, has three children and five grandchildren. He loves spending time with his family as well as fishing, boating, traveling, and playing golf.
Trisha Ferguson, Controller
Trisha grew up in the Southwest Florida area, graduating from Cape Coral High School. After High School, she attended Florida International University on a Full Golf Scholarship and won two Collegiate tournaments while studying Accounting and Finance. After graduation, she was thrilled to learn that she could blend her love of the game of golf with her degree in accounting. She has held accounting positions with WCI Communities and Hardy Development producing financials for their equity golf clubs prior to turnover from developer control. She spent a short amount of time away from the club industry while operating her own Full-service Bookkeeping business with clients in the Hospitality, Real Estate and Insurance industries. She most recently joins us after spending 11 years as Club Controller at Colonial Country Club, a Troon Managed Club. She was nominated from 10,000 associates world-wide and received the prestigious honor of being named the 2011 Troon Associate of the Year.
Trisha currently resides in Cape Coral with her husband, Chris and two children, Emily and Austin. In her free time, she enjoys supporting her children either at the swimming pool or soccer field as well as traveling, playing golf and spending time on the water boating.
Mia Luca, Director of Membership
Mia Luca joins West Bay Club with 25 plus years of hospitality experience ranging from Hotels & Country Clubs serving in positions as Sales & Marketing Director & Catering Director. Some of her fondest memories and friendships have been created with Members over the years.
Prior to joining West Bay, Mia was part owner in a Digital Marketing & Coaching Company for three years. The company coached and created branding for entrepreneurs building their businesses.
Originally from Atlantic City area, Mia has been living in Florida for many years. Mia comes to us from the East Coast of Florida and is joyful to be settling in and exploring Estero with her beautiful daughter. In Mia’s free time she enjoys serving in her church, travelling, triathlons and CrossFit.

Courtney Stevenson, Marketing & Communications Manager
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Courtney made the move to Southwest Florida in 2009. Courtney graduated from Niagara University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Destination Management, with a concentration in Marketing.
Upon graduation, Courtney was one of five graduates selected in the United States to go through a Corporate Management Training program. In this position, she was rotated through the managerial departments of a prestigious hotel in Downtown Philadelphia. After completion of the program, Courtney decided to leave the snow behind and pursue her Hospitality career in Sunny Southwest Florida, where she then fell in love with the Country Club industry. Serving in a variety of roles, Courtney has held positions in several top country clubs in the area. At her previous clubs, Courtney was awarded Staff Member of the Year, and was again recognized for her dedication and excellence when she received the prestigious General Manager Customer Service award.
With almost fifteen years experience, Courtney joins us as the Marketing & Communications Manager here at West Bay. She brings to her role a passion to serve the West Bay Community, creative new ideas and an energetic personality.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her significant other and three furry daughters, Kiki, Dallas and Coco; serving on the Board of Directors for a local, foster-based animal rescue in Lee County; and enjoying any outdoor activities.

Danny Butts, Head Golf Professional
Danny Butts was a part of the Royal Poinciana Golf Club team for eighteen years. He was promoted four times during that period and most recently served his past club as its First Assistant Golf Professional. At Royal Poinciana, Danny’s main responsibilities included: staffing, scheduling, planning, merchandising, teaching, running the clubs’ tournament programs and managing day to day operations. He was a vital part of Royal Poinciana’s environment and is an extraordinary teammate and leader. Danny served on the Golf Committee and helped make impactful decisions on the direction of the organization. Danny is a natural communicator and an extremely genuine individual. He is equally trusted and respected by members, guests and staff. Danny enjoys working with the most innovative technologies such as Trackman and V1 Video in his teaching. He is also knowledgeable about many technologies that help the membership and various tournament software.
Danny met his wife Courtney, a high school teacher, in Fort Myers, Florida. They have been married for fourteen years and have two beautiful children, Natalie who is now in middle school and Grady who is a third grader this year.

Mike Meisenhelter, Golf Course Superintendent
Mike is excited to be part of the West Bay Club team. On his first tour of the golf course, he was taken by the beauty of the property, and thinks West Bay is truly a hidden gem.
Mike was born in Massillon, Ohio, where he started working on his first golf course while in high school. Mike graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelors Degree in Turfgrass Science. While at Ohio State, Mike continued to work summers at his local golf course and completed a 6 month internship at Limerick County Golf and Country Club, in Limerick Ireland. Upon graduation Mike began working for Troon Golf at both the Resort and Palmer Courses at the Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas. A highlight of his time there was serving as Superintendent of the Resort Course during the 2008 Valera Texas Open, a PGA Tour event. After 5 years in Texas, Mike relocated to Naples, Florida, as the Superintendent at Panther Run Golf Club in Ave Maria.
When he is away from the golf course, Mike keeps busy by spending time with his wife of eight years, Chrissy, and three preschool age children: Will, Emma, and Anna.

David Schue, Executive Chef
Chef David Schue began his food career at an early age of 13, working at a family owned wholesale produce farm in Upstate New York. Many years later David had the pleasure to become Sous Chef for French Master Chef Gaspar Stantic at Gershwin's Restaurant in Dallas. His next step was as the Chef de Cuisine for the iconic Boca Raton Resort and Club. In the year's following, Chef David also went on to be the Executive Sous Chef of the historic four-diamond hotel, Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale and joined the Hilton family at the World Hawaiian Village, Naples Waldorf Astoria, Naples Grande Golf Club, The Edgewater Hotel and as the Executive Task Force Chef for the Hilton Food & Beverage Team. Most recently, he wore two hats as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage for the prestigious Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club.
Chef David's food has been featured in many papers, blogs and magazines and throughout his career, Chef David has had the fortune to have celebrities and dignitaries dine in his establishment as well as cook privately for them including Former President George W. Bush, Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Former President Barack Obama, Former President Bill Clinton, Celebrity Chef Ming Tsai, Secretary of Defense Hilary Clinton as well as Florida Governor Rick Scott.
On his down time David likes to golf, travel, read cookbooks and enjoy eateries around the world. Most importantly, Chef David's favorite time is spending time playing tea party, cooking or painting with his daughter Ava.
Paul Donahue, Director of Food & Beverage
Originally from Boston, Paul attended college at Northeastern University, as well as the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science and Economics. Entrenched in the Food & Beverage industry since college, Paul soon went into management and eventually into ownership. Paul resided in the Northeast and then eventually settled in to Southern Vermont, with his wife Gisela and two daughters, Lily & Kylie.
Paul was the Director of the Food & Beverage Department for Mount Snow, one of the largest Ski resorts in the East, which included 11 outlets and more then 400,000 guests annually. After guiding the resort for eight years, Paul partnered into a restaurant development company that spanned Vermont to Connecticut. With harsh winter a constant, Paul and his family vacationed and owned property in Naples for many years. As the snow piled up, so did the desire to make Naples their full-time home.
As of June, of this year, The Donahue family loaded up the truck and moved to Naples, swimming pools, beaches and a warmer way of life. Paul enjoys being a Dad, time with the family and when he can, hitting the links and cruising on the boat!

Eric Stang, Beach House Manager
Eric has lived in SW Florida on and off since 1984, having grown up in the Berkshires in Eastern New York. His first season at the Beach House began in January, 2016. Prior to that, he worked at Bricktops in Naples for four years. He has a lifetime of experience in facilities and restaurant management - which has included contract management and employee supervision. He spent four years working in the White Mountains of New Hampshire as the Food & Beverage Manager for a country inn and ten years on Captiva Island managing the Old Captiva House and two other restaurants for Interstate Hotels.
Eric is surrounded by good friends that feel like family in the Fort Myers area. In his spare time, he loves to travel and visit Disney World. He has one child, a mixed breed canine named Gypsy.

Lori Thelen, Community Association Manager (CAM)
Lori grew up in Michigan, but has lived in Florida a total of 15 years, five of which have been in Naples. Lori's parents have owned a very successful construction company in Michigan for many years, so Lori was always around construction since a young age. Lori served as the Vice President of a construction company for nine years prior to moving to Florida.
When Lori decided to become a Community Association Manager (CAM), she began with on-site management and then moved into portfolio management. Lori missed interacting with residents and decided to go back to on-site management. This is when she joined the West Bay family, where she is so pleased to be!
In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her three grown daughters, her significant other, Matt and their two furry companions, Gus and Kobe.
