Kristin Meucci, CAM

Kristin Meucci is a licensed Community Association Manager with 16 years of experience, and 30+ years of hospitality and ski resort management. Most recently, Kristin relocated from Telluride, Colorado where she was the Director of Property Management for Telluride Ski & Golf Resort; responsible for the day-to-day Community Association operations and owner relations. Prior to living in Telluride, Kristin and her husband, Patrick, lived in Steamboat Springs and Winter Park, Colorado, and Bend, Oregon. In her career, Ms. Meucci has been responsible for the care and management of 20+ Community Associations. Ms. Meucci’s professional certifications include: Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist, and licensed Community Manager in the State of Colorado, and Florida. Ms. Meucci is also a recognized expert in the field of Vacation Rental Management. Ms. Meucci is an exceptional relationship builder, possess extensive experience and depth of business acumen, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Fun stuff: Ms. Meucci is a Michigan girl; born and raised in Grand Rapids and graduated college from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Ichthyologist and Environmental Water Chemist. Patrick and Kristin have two yellow Labradors: Disco and Daisy, and enjoy white water rafting, paddleboarding, skiing, and hiking. Kristin’s mom lives in Fort Myers, and she and her family are looking forward to the many new adventures ahead.
