Tom Tripoli

Tom Tripoli a seasoned Executive with well over 40 years’ experience in the Hospitality/Lifestyle Industry, joined the West Bay team in 2018. Prior to working at West Bay, Tom was the majority owner and operator of Cypress Run Golf Club, a private golf club serving North Pinellas, South Pasco and Northeast Hillsborough Counties. Prior to launching the Trinity Golf Group, Tom spent nearly 30 years with ClubCorp in capacities such as Club Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President. Tom also gained experience with companies such as The Four Seasons, TGI Fridays, and Regan Management.

Mr. Tripoli offers a very strong business acumen in all phases of the industry, including financial performance, marketing, membership development, quality standards of operations, strategic planning, new business development, securing and growing of talent, and Board, Committee, and POA/HOA relations.

Tom has been married for over 38 years to his wife, Donna, and has three children and five grandchildren. He loves spending time with his family as well as fishing, hunting, traveling, and playing golf.
