Wesley began his hospitality career over 27 years ago in high end corporate restaurants including Charley's Crab, Morton's The Steakhouse, and Tommy Bahama. He quickly found his love and passion for exquisite wines, elegant cuisine, and impeccable service. He has developed a well-rounded career within country clubs, having worked as the Service/ Training Director for BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He was the Director of Food & Beverage at The Wanderers Club in Wellington, FL and most recently at The Club at Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs, FL.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, relaxing at the pool and beach, is a Jeep enthusiast and loves building memories with his wife Linda, twin boys Aiden & Chase and his daughter Bailey.
